System Description | DAMPA TILES
Consisting of various types of individually demountable C-Class aluminium and steel clip-in tiles in many configurations with different functions and architectural expressions.
All tiles are installed into a concealed suspension system, either as a closed ceiling or with each tile having open slots on all four sides for integrated trickle ventilation purposes.

Designed mainly for public areas in passenger shipbuilding, equally suitable for cruise liners and high-speed ferries.

Tiles with Bevelled Edge and with Square Edge can be installed with a gap of variable size crosswise to the carrier for air injection
in areas where the ceiling void is used as air supply chamber.

Integration of Components | DAMPA TILES
The DAMPA Clip-in Tiles are able to carry the weight of small lightweight items such as smoke detectors, spotlights etc.
Heavier items are to be supported by the rigid and easily adjustable primary grid, or suspended directly from the deckhead above.
Perforated tiles are the most effective solution to reduce the general sound level and reverberation time within a room as they offer good sound absorbing characteristics within the normal frequency range.
Unperforated tiles offer sound absorption in the low frequencies.
